Using Insurance at Chronius

Managing complex health conditions shouldn’t be a luxury. We believe higher-touch, condition-informed care should still be accessible.

That’s why we’ve built a model that combines insurance coverage with a low monthly membership fee, so you can get the support you need without the high price tag of concierge care. We accept insurance to help cover the cost of your visits, labs, medications, and more.

How It Works

Chronius is a membership-based primary care practice.

• Your monthly membership gives you access to your care team and includes high-touch care coordination, patient advocacy, and longer visit lengths.

• Your insurance is billed for medical visits, labs, imaging, and prescriptions—just like at a traditional PCP office. We bill visits as primary care, so your usual coverage applies. (HMO members: you may already have a PCP assigned, please check with your plan to confirm.)

Plans We Accept

We’re currently in-network with: Medicare (Traditional), Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna (specific plan details below). We’re adding more plans as quickly as we can.

Not In-Network With Us Yet?

No insurance or out-of-network? You can still see us. Our cash-pay rate is $40 per visit, a temporarily discounted price designed to reflect a typical copay. On January 1st, 2026, this rate will increase to standard out-of-network primary care visit pricing. Specifically, New Patient visits will be $239 and Established Patient visits will range from $89 to $169, depending on the length and complexity of the visit.

You may still be able to use your insurance at your preferred pharmacy, and for labs, imaging, or other testing ordered by your Chronius provider.
